2018: Bi Centenary of Karl Marx .-
The May 5, 2003 was an event commemorating the 185 Anniversary of the Birth of Karl Marx. The event was organized and conducted by Arturo Rodriguez and Richard Llacsahuanga at a local Camaná street. The auditorium was completely full, with more than 150 attendees, mostly young, with few exceptions, including veterans and Miguel Angel Castro Lavarello Aragon.
That day was proposed and agreed to commemorate the Bi Centenary of the Birth of Carlos Marx in 2018.

This will be one of assessment of practical action of millions of workers in Russia, China, Eastern Europe, Cuba and other countries that initiated the construction of socialism. In this evaluation we have to extract great lessons both positive aspects as negative aspects, lessons that should be used to construct a new Peru in the new world, a goal that all Peruvian workers aspire to achieve in the coming years.
The first key reference texts, we should begin to review, it seems that could be more than 50 articles Mariátegui for figures and aspects of the Russian Revolution, articles and brochures of Stalin, Mao Zedong and Che Guevara in which make the balance of the first decades of socialist construction.
