PERU PERUVIAN SOCIALISM SOCIALISM TODAY HODIAÚ
Our comrade Ramón García Rodríguez has written a book (in Castilian) about the problem of socialism in Peru. The book has 290 pages, 17 x 11 cms.
Our comrade and collaborator, makes his book as the basis of instructions, thoughts and activities of the pioneer of socialism in Peru, José Carlos Mariategui, who already in the twenties of the century just past, began to struggle and to educate Peruvian what is socialism and the next arrival of communism, as a society to free the working class oppression bourgeois and imperialist. Their task was twofold, because on one side were workers coming from diverse countries, and other indigenous people were, obviously, by tradition or habit of life had other concepts. And the instructive work of Mariátegui began very early, just as socialism in the Soviet Union began to show the world his face and objectives:
Do not use their weapons or squandered their time hurting each other, but in combat social order, its institutions, its injustices and crimes
José Carlos Mariategui, 01.04.1924
And here further reflections and thoughts of Mariátegui:
specifically studied Marxist critique of capitalist society. While capitalism has not definitively tramonto, canon of Marx is still valid. Socialism, or the struggle to transform the capitalist social order that keeps alive collectivist criticism, continues, confirms, corrects. Vana is any attempt to categorize them as simply a scientific theory, while acting in the story as gospel and method of a mass movement
The real revision of Marxism, in the sense of renewal and continuation of Marx's work has been done in theory and in practice, by another category of revolutionary intellectuals.
José Carlos Mariategui

From 1928 to 2010 and are 16 decades, if we get into deaf ears to all we serve, but if we learn from our past to understand our present and envision our future, more than give us a lesson. For example, include, among other things why an answer of 1928 is valid for a clarification of 2010.
We must learn from the 16 decades of reaction. We must learn from the 16 decades of struggle. And we must learn if we have these 16 decades stalled as metaphysics or have progressed as dialectics. This is the problem of growth economic, social development, human progress. In essence, if we have gone from the homocentrism theocentrism, with all that that implies in the study of nature, society and thought.
The New Nation
already beginning the twentieth century, the ruling class recognized its bankruptcy. For his military defeat was forced to accept and sign the infamous territorial dispossession by a neighboring country, and who therefore could not plead a border dispute, but purely and simply wield their "right winner" Therefore, building on the Centennial Independence up the false flag of "Patria Nueva" The result is that in 16 decades in politics has been successively and alternately of civilian militarism. And in the military, the Inter-American Treaty of Reciprocal Assistance TIAR as support for the Alliance for Progress and formalizes the role of the national army as an occupying army, the IRA Andean Regional Initiative, to support the FTAA and formalizes the dependence of Peru to the U.S., which "operates as a market for their capital and goods and as a reservoir of raw materials, unfavorable for Peru.
The above letter is only part of the contents of the book. In total, the battle of the Peruvian people against capitalism, imperialism and despotism and colonialism.
Today, many indigenous peoples of that area, known as Latin America, begin to choose their own path. And the road is not easy, because we live in a time that seems to come back. After the dawn that spread across the planet, with the Marxist ideal and the Russian revolution, we live a period of time that the people, the forces labor and progressive intellectuals to react, or we will be in a "modern slavery" That's the message of our comrade Ramón García, but applied to his country, Peru.
